Phoenix FC Clubhouse Hours
What is Clubhouse?
Phoenix FC Clubhouse is a free drop-in program for all Phoenix FC members that aims at giving players and their parents an opportunity to experience free-play, connect with Phoenix FC members and staff in an active community! Encourage creativity through use of field equipment such as cones, hurdles, mannequins and more!
Clubhouse Hours: Monday to Friday - 3:00pm to 5:00pm located at 170-3001 Buckingham Drive, Sherwood Park

What are the Clubhouse "Rules"?
Clubhouse is not a staff-supervised program. Players aged 11 and under need to be supervised by a responsible person aged 14 years or older. Please complete our sign-in/sign-out forms so we can contact parents/guardians in case of emergency. Please refrain from foul language, abuse and bullying will not be tolerated. Remember - we all play for Phoenix!

Volunteer Opportunities!
If you're looking to get some volunteer hours for the 2024/25 season follow the links below!
- Clubhouse Leader: An engaging mentorship role for youth members (U15-U19 preferred) to take a leadership role on the pitch during clubhouse hours at our facility.
- Clubhouse Sign-In: Sign in members who are attending clubhouse for the day. Typically 2-hour shifts running Monday to Friday 3pm-5pm.
- Clubhouse Coordinator: Coordinate the clubhouse session and sign in members who are attending clubhouse for the day. December 30 and 31 from 12pm to 3pm.**
**Last day to sign up is December 18. Clubhouse will not run on December 30-31 if no volunteers are signed up.
